Within the context of Art Dubai 2025 in collaboration with JCDecaux, new works from Sougwen Chung's growing body of work Body Machine (Meridians) - Forest Biome series can be seen at Dubai International Airport (DXB) between April 16 and 19.

Chung’s captivating digital works transform airport terminals into immersive displays of human-machine creativity. The artist invites travellers to step into a living canvas of future-facing expression.

With these captivating digital works, Chung transforms the airport environment into an immersive expressions of human–machine creativity, inviting travellers to step into a dynamic meeting point between art and technology.

Sougwen 愫君 Chung is a Chinese-Canadian artist and researcher. Chung is the founder and artistic director of ⇢ SCILICET, a studio exploring human & non-human collaboration.

A former research fellow at MIT’s Media Lab, Sougwen is considered a pioneer in the field of human-machine collaboration – exploring the mark-made-by-hand and the mark-made-by-machine as an approach to understanding the dynamics of humans and systems.
