This July, Sougwen 愫君 Chung had the honor of participating in the Generative Art Summit Berlin, where the intersection of AI and art took centre stage. The event explored pressing questions around the relationship between human creativity and machine intelligence, with discussions led by Sabine Himmelsbach, director of the HEK (House of Electronic Arts) in Basel. Alongside robotics and AI pioneer Mario Klingemann and fellow AI art pioneer Ivona Tau, Chung joined the conversation on the evolving dynamics and delicate tension between human creativity and machine intelligence. It was a truly illuminating journey, casting new light on the future of this frontier and the complexities that surround it.
